1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to sigabet. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and sigabet ("sigabet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the sigabet website located at sigabet.org, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the sigabet Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the sigabet Platform.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and sigabet.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use the sigabet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In accordance with Philippine gaming regulations, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling and sports betting is 21 years. sigabet strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of sigabet, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the sigabet Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

By registering an account on sigabet, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent these requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the sigabet Platform, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all sigabet accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) sigabet account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sigabet login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. sigabet will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: sigabet may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable Philippine identification documents include a driver's license, passport, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID.
• Account Updates: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays in processing withdrawals or other account actions.

sigabet reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the sigabet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your sigabet account instantly upon confirmation.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• Supported Payment Methods: sigabet currently supports GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. sigabet does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within approximately 3 minutes of approval. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours.
• Verification Requirement: sigabet may require completed KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure and is non-negotiable.
• Own Funds: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited.
• Refused Transactions: sigabet reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in breach of these Terms, or in violation of applicable Philippine law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

sigabet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. sigabet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may have expiry dates. Any bonus balance not used within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
• sigabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

The following rules apply to all games and betting activities on the sigabet Platform:

• All bets placed on sigabet are final once confirmed. sigabet does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except in cases of a verified technical error on the Platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, sigabet will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state. If reconstruction is not possible, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
• sigabet uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers under camera supervision. sigabet does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, table, and player account status. These limits are displayed within the game interface.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets. Game rules are available within each game's interface on the sigabet Platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sigabet Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the sigabet Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to circumvent account restrictions or claim multiple bonuses.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your sigabet account by any third party.

8. Responsible Gaming

sigabet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Age Restriction: The sigabet Platform is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. sigabet will not knowingly permit underage individuals to register or play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion from the sigabet Platform at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, sigabet will use reasonable technical measures to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their sigabet account. Once set, limits can be decreased immediately but increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set loss limits to cap the amount they can lose within a defined period. These limits are available in your sigabet account settings.
• Session Time Controls: Players may set session time reminders and limits to manage the amount of time spent on the Platform.
• Reality Checks: sigabet provides periodic on-screen reminders of time spent playing to help players stay aware of their gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players who need a short break may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks without permanently closing their account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the sigabet Platform — including but not limited to the sigabet name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of sigabet or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sigabet Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the sigabet Platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any sigabet content.
• Use any sigabet trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the sigabet Platform.

Any unauthorised use of sigabet's intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sigabet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sigabet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sigabet shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof, including due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game results.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any actions taken by sigabet in good faith in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension or fund forfeiture where a breach has been identified.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit sigabet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Account Termination

sigabet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a competent Philippine authority requiring account closure.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play that has not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and provided no fraud or breach of Terms is under investigation.

You may also voluntarily close your sigabet account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

sigabet operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the sigabet Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

13. Amendments to These Terms

sigabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sigabet will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the sigabet Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
